Lemon, Poppyseed & Blueberry Overnight Oats

Sunshine in a jar, this Overnight Oats recipe is packed full of flavour!

Serves 2|Takes Min. 2 hours

INGREDIENTS:

100g Flahavan’s Organic Jumbo Oats

150ml Flahavan’s Oat Drink (or milk of choice)

2 tablespoons of Good4U Immune Boost Milled Seeds Breakfast Boost

80g plain Greek yoghurt

2 teaspoons of honey

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

75g blueberries

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

2 teaspoons of poppy seeds

Topping

Lemon curd

METHOD:

Combine all the ingredients in a re-sealable jar or container, mix well and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, serve with a dollop of lemon curd and a sprinkling of Good4U Immune Boost Milled Seeds Breakfast Boost and enjoy!
