Apple Pie Overnight Oats
A healthy twist on the classic dessert!
Serves 2|Takes 120 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
100g of Flahavan’s Apple & Raspberry Overnight Oats
1 tsp of cinnamon
125ml of apple juice
1 grated green apple
125ml of low fat yoghurt
3 apple slices
1 tbsp of raisins or walnuts
1 tbsp maple syrup
METHOD:
Combine Flahavan’s Apple & Raspberry Overnight Oats, cinnamon, apple juice, grated apple and low fat yoghurt together in a bowl.
Cover and leave overnight.
In the morning, remove the Overnight Oats from the fridge and top with the apple slices, raisins, walnuts and maple syrup.
