Apple & Cinnamon Oaty Balls – by Lili Forberg
A healthy and filling snack packed full of fruits, nuts and oats - delicious!
Serves 12 Balls|Takes 15 Mins Prep Time (& 2 Hours Chilling Time)
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cup (150g) oats
1/3 cup (80 g) peanut butter
1/4 cup (80 g) maple syrup
10 dates
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 apple
1/4 cup (50 g) raisins
1 tsp vanilla
Chopped nuts to coat (Roasted Hazelnuts used in image/video)
METHOD:
Throw all ingredients into the blender.
Form balls in your hand according to the size you like.
Coat in chopped nuts and leave to chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Store these in an airtight container for up to five days in the fridge.
