The competition opens 3rd September and closes at 11:59pm 13th September 2023. The winners will be contacted and given instructions on how to claim their prize by 11:59pm on 18th September 2023.

Terms and conditions:

§ To enter you must be a UK resident over the age of 18.

§ No purchase is necessary for entry to this free prize draw.

§ Entry is exclusively via Instagram or Facebook. To enter, participants must like the competition announcement post on @FlahavansUK. They must then comment on the post, tagging another eligible account of someone over the age of 18, based in the UK.

§ Each response submitted in accordance with the above rule is equal to one entry. Multiple comments mentioning the same account or name will not be valid for entry into this promotion.

§ This draw is not open to employees, partners and associated agents of Flahavan’s or anyone concerned with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

§ The prize is 2 x 1kg Flahavan’s Organic Porridge Oats, 3 x 500g Flahavan’s Irish Quick Oats.

§ Prizes can be shipped to UK addresses only.

§ Sorry, no cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable.

§ The winner will be chosen by a representative of Flahavan’s UK.

§ Winners will be notified by the official Flahavan’s UK Instagram only, by direct message.

§ The competition winners will be notified within 7 days by midnight on 18th September 2023. If the Promoters are not able to contact the winner within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be drawn. It is the winner’s responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information.

§ The winners may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw.

§ The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent entries.

§ The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered during entry into the promotion.

§ If you win a prize, then Flahavan’s UK will make your name available, as a winner to people requesting that information in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, in line with Richmond and Towers’ responsibilities under UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing.
